Job Description

Role Overview:

Looking for a Sr. Associate proficient in working with implementation partners (NGOs & social enterprises), experienced in need identification, program concept creation and delivering end to end execution of projects (preferably healthcare programs). They should have knowledge on monitoring, evaluation & reporting of the projects.

Responsibilities:

1.  Work on end to end program management – Strategy design, implementation and program monitoring for projects related to public health.
2. Preparing customized proposals per the requirement of the corporates/grant giving agencies
3. Conduct prospect research to identify, cultivate and solicit new project implementation partners
4. Independently manage external stakeholder conversations with corporates as well as implementation partners
5. Work with existing processes/systems whilst making constructive suggestions for improvements.
6. Work on based data and analysis for program management and insights.
7. Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
8. Communicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate manner - verbally and in written form.
9. Seek opportunities to learn about other cultures and other parts of the business across the service lines of Samhita.
10. Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
11. Support the interns and volunteers for field research, survey and developing information on Samhita Verticals.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience of having worked in the education & healthcare sectors
2. Experience in program implementation, operations and/or management, CSR legal and compliance
3. Strong Interpersonal and presentation skills
4. Strong project management skills managing complex, multifaceted projects resulting in measurable successes.
5. Demonstrated success of developing and evaluating program models and NGOs, and selecting and operationalizing programs.
