• Project Management: Coordination with project teams to plan and execute programs effectively. Monitor project timelines and ensure milestones are met. Identify and address potential project risks.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Collect and maintain data related to project progress and impact. Analyse data to measure project outcomes and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare periodic reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, reports and budgets. Develop case studies and success stories to showcase project achievements. Ensure all project records are organised and easily accessible.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with internal teams, partners and beneficiaries to gather project-related information. Communicate project updates and outcomes to stakeholders effectively. Facilitate knowledge sharing and collaboration among team members.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure project activities align with the organisation's goals and objectives. Implement best practices and quality standards in project execution. Continuously assess and improve project processes.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).
• 4 to 7 years of experience in project management and documentation.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to the organisation's mission and values.
