Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Native Kannada Speaker: Effectively communicate with micro-food processing

enterprises in their native language, Kannada.

Credit Linkage: Facilitate the linkage of micro-food processing units with

government credit schemes and financial institutions.

Field Visits: Conduct regular field visits within Bangalore to assess the needs, challenges, and opportunities of micro-food processing enterprises.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data and business health metrics to

evaluate the creditworthiness of micro-food processing units.

Effective Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders, including government

agencies, financial institutions, and micro-entrepreneurs, to ensure smooth

operations and convey necessary information.

Goal-Oriented Approach: Set clear goals and targets for credit linkage and

work tirelessly to achieve them.

Problem-Solving: Identify issues and challenges faced by micro-food

processing units and work proactively to find solutions.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to credit

linkage activities.

Qualifications:

1) Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting.

2) Native Kannada speaker with proficiency in English and Kannada, both written and spoken.

3) Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.

4) Willingness to conduct field visits within Bangalore.

5) Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret business financial data.

6) Highly goal-oriented and driven to achieve results. 7) Proven ability to hustle and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

Remuneration: Fixed salary - Rs 20,000/month (Out of which Rs 5000 will be kept by LetsEndorse interest free to be given at the end) +Travel Allowance + Monthly outcome-based variable incentive (Uncapped)
