The Trust has established various innovative and need based projects, focusing on dementia care, active ageing, elder abuse, social integration, economic empowerment and capacity building, catering to all sections of the society. NMT invites applications from dynamic individuals with a sense of commitment and passion to work for the elderly, keenness to take initiatives and lead a multidisciplinary team as the Senior Manager - Operations. The job will be based in Bangalore and will entail travel based on requirement.

Qualification - Master’s in Business Management / Communication/ Social Work or in relevant field preferably with minimum 10 years’ experience in leading / managing an organization engaged in Age care or residential care facilities/experience of working with an NGO or executing a large project independently.

Skills required - Must be willing to learn and have good persuasive skills. Good language and communication skills, analytical skills, financial management, planning and execution, human resources deployment and management, creative thinking and focus on setting and achieving a long term vision.

Salary – Negotiable. Commensurate with qualifications and experience.
