Job Description

  1. Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled District Social Worker (DSW) who possesses a unique blend of communication skills, educational expertise, and community engagement capabilities. The DSW will be responsible for fostering social development within the community and supporting the educational needs of the local residents in Sri Satya districts.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Language Proficiency:

- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu to effectively communicate with diverse populations within the district.


2. Educational Support:

- Capable of teaching English speaking, Vedic Maths, and basic computer skills to individuals of all age groups.


3. Community Coordination:

- Collaborate with the district administration to identify and address social issues and contribute to community development initiatives.

- Facilitate interactions with foreigners residing in Sri Satya districts to promote cultural exchange and understanding.


4. Licensing and Mobility:

- Possess a valid driver's license.

- Own a scooty for mobility within the district.


5. Technology Proficiency:

- Own a laptop for administrative and educational purposes.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Education, B.Ed, MSW , MJMC or a related field.

- Proven experience in community engagement and educational instruction.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.

- Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.

- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
