Basic Criteria
Qualification: MBA or Equivalent
Location: Mumbai (Candidate to be based out of Mumbai only)
Salary :
Fundraising Managers (B2B Channel) - As per industry s
(fixed + variable) + Incentives on Predefined Targets over and above CTC.
Candidates will have performance conditions to meet every month and flexibility will
be given to meet targets till the quarter.

This position would allow you to interact with and engage ‘HNI’ in India and abroad
and build long-term relationships.
Preparation for the Interview:
1. Candidate is expected to carry his/her salary slip or offer letter or bank
statement to show the actual monthly/yearly payment that his/her current/last
company paid him/her.
2. Candidates must be prepared to do a mock of our Orientation Program in the
Interview for which a script will be provided in the interview.
3. Candidates must schedule 60-90 minutes for the interview.

Prior Experience :
3-5 years minimum for Senior Sales Manager preferably someone who has worked
in direct sales/fundraising with HNI, Ultra HNI, and other high-profile donors
? Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HNI / Individual / Philanthropic
fundraising.
? Track record of exceptional performance in engaging with HNI, Ultra HNI and
other high profile donors
? Have exceptional communication and negotiation skills
? Experience of working in the Development Sector Projects with HNI, Ultra HNI
and other high-profile donors will be preferred.
Mandatory Conditions:
Candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English and must speak clear
English
Candidate must have good presentation skills
Candidates must be willing to travel to our office 6 days a week. Occasional Work
from Home Option is available with prior permission only
Graduation - B.Com
Roles & Responsibilities:
? Designing and implementing a systematic fundraising strategy to raise
donations from potential HNI, Ultra HNI and other high profile donors
? Identifying, Connecting , Meeting and building relationships with long-term
and high-potential HNI, Ultra HNI and other high profile donors
? Managing database/CRM effectively and planning a continuous engagement
with potential HNI, Ultra HNI and other high profile donors
? Coordinate with other stakeholders in projects such as School Authorities,
Government bodies and CSR arms of corporates as and when required for
smooth execution of projects.
? Giving Continuous feedback to the product, program, and marketing team
about learning acquired
? Setting up systems and process for all documents and other sales related
activities
? Studying the details of each product offering and remaining abreast of
updates to these offerings.
? Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
? Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales and
constantly work on improvement of sales processes and systems.
