Qualification


• Relevant Degree: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field can

be advantageous. Degrees in fields such as Nonprofit Management, Social

Work, Public Administration or Management.


Experience:


At least 2 years’ experience in:

• Supporting the development of innovative proposals, case studies, and

other requirements as relevant to specific donor segments;

• Online research and database management skills and routine MIS

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written; an ability to interact

effectively with diverse groups of individuals.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other relevant data analysis

software tools.


Skills:

• Resource mobilization and Fundraising Skills:

• Grant Writing: The ability to craft convincing grant proposals to secure

funding from foundations and government agencies.

• Event Planning: Organizing and executing fundraising events and campaigns.

• Online Fundraising: Utilizing digital platforms for online fundraising

efforts.


Social Media and Communication Skills:

• Content Creation: Developing engaging content for various social media

platforms, newsletters, and websites.

• Networking Skills: Building relationships with potential donors, partners,

and other stakeholders is crucial.


Location

This position is based in Hyderabad and may entail travel to other locations

in India.
