As an Office Assistant at Sukoon Nilaya Palliative Care Centre, you will be responsible for providing essential support to various office functions. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Handling Patient incoming calls, emails, and Patient inquiries.
2. Facilitating or managing Patient Admission process with necessary documentation.
3. Maintaining and organizing office records and documents.
4. Assisting with data entry, reporting, and filing.
5. Managing office supplies, ordering when necessary.
6. Scheduling appointments and meetings.
7. Assisting with basic administrative tasks.
8. Ensuring a tidy and welcoming office environment.
9. Sharing patient information with Clinical Team.
10. Data maintaining of OPD and Telemedicine.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree in Social Work/Social Sciences/Psychology
2. Previous experience in office administration is a plus.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
