Job Description

1. Project Planning: Develop a detailed project plan, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation, to ensure the effective execution of the Holistic Rural Development Project.

2. Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with local communities, government agencies, NGOs, and other partners to facilitate project implementation and garner support.

3. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a project team, including field officers, coordinators, and support staff, to ensure efficient project delivery.

4. Budget Management: Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring the effective allocation of funds for various project components.

5. Monitoring and Evaluation: Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track project progress, assess the impact, and make data-driven improvements.

6. Community Development: Lead initiatives related to agriculture, education, healthcare, infrastructure, and other aspects of rural development to improve the living standards of the target communities.

7. Capacity Building: Organize training and capacity-building programs for community members to enhance their skills and knowledge in various areas of development.

8. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records of project activities, expenditures, and achievements. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact the project's success and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.

10. Advocacy and Outreach: Engage in advocacy efforts to influence policies and regulations that support rural development and positively impact the project.
