Job Title: Program Manager

Location: New Delhi, India

Job Summary:

The Program Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of Connecting Dreams Foundation's (CDF) youth engagement programs globally. You will coordinate with teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of various initiatives and events. As Program Manager, you will also monitor progress and document program activities through reports.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop and execute project plans for youth-focused programs in alignment with CDF's mission and Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Facilitate training workshops, events, and activities to empower young changemakers

Lead communication and outreach to youth communities for active participation in CDF programs

Foster collaboration between CDF and external stakeholders including NGOs, educational institutes, corporates, and government agencies

Continuously monitor project timelines, budgets, quality, and impact

Prepare regular reports on program status, risks, and results for leadership and donors

Identify process improvements and create guidelines to enhance program delivery

Ensure compliance with organizational policies as well as legal and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences or relevant field

3-5 years of experience in project/program management preferably in the social impact/development sector

Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Skill in preparing presentations, reports, and project documents

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Proficient in MS Office and project management tools

Passionate about youth empowerment and enabling social change
