Job Overview: Pahal Foundation is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assistant Project and Social Media Manager for the Skill Development project focused on Transgender and Gender Diverse communities. The successful candidate will be based in Faridabad and will play a crucial role in managing social media accounts, creating engaging content, and presenting the organization's groundwork in a compelling manner.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Campaigns:
• Infuse creativity into the development and execution of engaging and innovative social media campaigns.
• Present the foundation’s work on various social media platforms with creative content, including relevant captions and video clips.
2. Content Creation:
• Create engaging and interactive content on issues related to transgender and gender diverse communities.
3. Digital Trends:
• Stay up to date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. Utilize this knowledge to create cutting-edge content for social media handles.
• Collaborate with relevant pages, influencers, community leaders, organizations on social media to generate diverse and impactful content.
5. Interactive Campaigns:
• Design and execute interactive campaigns online, especially on significant days, to promote awareness and engagement.
6. Training Skills:
• Should be able to train communities on social media and marketing skills.
