Job Description

a) Develop and maintain good rapport with the community and key resource persons in the nearby feeder locations of the project

b) Conduct Community Mobilization Drives (CMD) in the feeder location for mobilization of youth for skill training under the project.

c) Keep the community and key stakeholders in the field level appraised about the project and its benefits.

d) Provide orientation and counseling to the community and guardians/parents on the project and its benefits to their wards.

e) Motivate the key stakeholders in the field to support and take ownership of the project.

f) Plan for conducting CMDs for subsequent batch in consultation with the Centre coordinator.

g) Mobilize candidates within the stipulated deadlines for starting the batches on schedule.

h) Ensure candidates attend classes regularly

i) Arrange parents and alumini meets

j) Share administrative work amongst the team.

k) Maintain a congenial atmosphere for training.

l) Cooperate with the other faculty members of the institute and not create any hindrance to the regular operations.

m) Handle any other responsibility assigned by Centre Manager or Project Co- Ordinator
