As the Coordinator for the Capability Development Programme [Wings4Her 2.0], you will play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of the project including all coordination support pertaining to the rolling out of the project; conduct home visits, counsel parents, distribute IEC materials,organize, ToT, follow up with all project stakeholders, all project related documentation and reporting.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Program Implementation:
Development of toolkit for Toolkit for Parental counseling including designing, translation,
distribution. This will include videos and documents.
Toolkit for Career Counseling- will include videos and documents.
Collate information on Scholarships available for Undergrad studies
Curate material for mental well-being
Curation of Inspiring Videos- YouTube links + videos
Designing and Distribution of IEC Materials
Creation and promotion of nugget videos.
Train master trainers and coordinate training sessions for teachers and other
Facilitate the 6-part talk series on the importance of STEM education including set up,
webcasting the talk series and recording.
Follow-up visit to the schools, students, parents and teachers to ensure program
Hold annual felicitation events for the Teachers and Students in each school.
2.Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor the progress of the program and conduct regular site visits to ensure that project
activities are carried out effectively.
Support in the collection of data for the end-line study and impact assessment.
Implement the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) framework to track project
3.Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of all project-related activities and expenditures.
Prepare monthly progress reports and contribute to the preparation of the annual project
Ensure compliance with accounting procedures and financial monitoring.
Provide hand-holding support to teachers and parents, helping them understand and
implement the project's goals.
Gather feedback from teachers and parents for continuous improvement of the program.
Collaborate with schools, teachers, parents, and students to build and maintain strong
Facilitate communication and coordination between all project stakeholders.
A master's degree in a relevant field and work experience of atleast 2 years.
Proven experience in program coordination, product development preferably in the
STEM education sector.
Ability for end to end thinking
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in data collection and reporting.
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
