Job Description

• Responsible for assistance in day-to-day operations of the Centre/s.
• Reports to the Centre Manager.
• Assist in maintenance of all the documents/records as per the SOP/MoU/Annexure and data compilation and reporting to MSWS management & Donors as per the requirement.
• Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
• Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
• Maintaining office equipment as needed.
• Assisting in updating MIS on a regular basis.
• Responsible for upkeep of Assets, centre Kit and Centre Look. 
• Participate in the review meetings with Donors.
• Support in Mobilization and placements of students. (Field/Calling/Documentation).
• Perform any other tasks provided by Centre Manager/Senior officials.

Candidate should be under graduate or Graduate
