About Us:

YES Foundation, since 2012, focuses on social inclusion and holistic development. Present in ~90 blocks across 26 districts in Uttar Pradesh.

Project: PAHAL Peace and Harmony through Attributional Leadership

Reporting: Program Lead

Responsibilities:

• Execute the project under Program Lead guidance

• Ensure effective program implementation and troubleshoot

• Build partnerships with stakeholders

• Oversight of the project, team management, and regular reporting

• Conduct capacity building workshops

• Monthly reviews and reporting to the Program Lead

• Plan and coordinate training programs

• Write Human Interest Stories

• Manage a cohorts of young people and execute program activities

• Act as a focal point of interaction at the project level

• Conduct weekly MIS with Associate Coordinator

• Plan and facilitate activities for youth leaders

• Maintain relations with local media houses

• Part of the selection committee for young people groups

• Participate in organizational meetings and processes

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience with young people

• Experience in managing large data and creating management tools

• Excellent documentation and technical skills

• Advanced knowledge of Constitution and youth policy

• Previous associations with youth organizations preferred

• Willingness to work in rural setups of Sitapur and Lucknow

• Adaptable, flexible, proactive, and innovative

• Own vehicle and laptop/smartphone

• Willing to abide by YES Foundation's Code of Conduct and child protection policy

Location: U.P. Lucknow
