Job Description

Job responsibilities

• Develop documents such as project reports, Monthly reports, Annual reports, Event

• Reports, portfolio, Proposals social media content, website content etc

• Resource materials and training module develop

• Fundraising and communication skills

• Meeting with funding agencies (NGO, Corporate sector and other)

• Write a case study and success stories

• Coordination with International organization, NGO, UN agency etc.

• Ensuring proper and regular documentation

• Develops work plans, budgets and progress reports as required by funding agencies

• Maintain the website of organization

• Organizes training, events and other activities

• Will meet regularly with the Project staffs to review the team's progress and to discuss future tasks

• Maintaining track of every Project

• Develop the weekly/monthly/quarterly plan of activities and resources of Project

• Visits the field regularly

• Any other task assigned by Director


Education Background: Master degree from reputed university or college

Skill

• Strong documentation skill

• Excellent spoken and written communication of the English language

• Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint.

• Understanding of computer, internet and social media is imperative


Salary: Commensurate with experience


Travel requirement: Willingness to travel as per need.
