Roles & Responsibilities
Roles and Responsibilities are as follows:
• Increase User Onboarding: Telephonically engage with existing and potential customers and explain our services to users and educate them on how our offerings can benefit them.
• Assist Users in Onboarding Process: Assist users in the onboarding process and provide guidance during registration when needed.
• Primary Research: Speak to, understand & gain insights into the challenges Women Entrepreneurs face in establishing or running their businesses.
• Provide Inputs On: Design, development & implementation of a community outreach strategy
• Co-ordination for Events & Workshops: Proactively engage with users, industry experts & mentors on Phone and via WhatsApp when events and workshops are scheduled.
• Feedback: Gather feedback from Women Entrepreneurs post events and workshops OR from the existing users on Facebook or Website, analyse the same and provide insights to improve the design of products & the delivery methodologies – in order to improve the efficacy of service offerings.
• Query Resolution: Women Entrepreneurs may call on our ‘Missed Call’ helpline for specific queries. They need to be called back, and the query resolved.
Eligibility Criteria
• Female candidates only.
• High degree of comfort level in interacting via Phone is required.
• Candidate should be fluent in Hindi
• Prior work experience in the development sector is preferred
Working Model: Six-day working week (Mon – Sat); Hybrid working mode – Minimum of 2 days in office and remaining days can be Work from Home.
Duration: Full Time
Location: Delhi NCR (Office is located in Saket, Delhi)
Salary Range: 15000 – 20000/- per month
