Job Title: Project Coordinator & Resource Mobilizer

Location: Jalore, Ajmer, Sri Ganganagar, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India

Job Type: Full-time

Duration: 3 Months

Job Overview:

We seek a qualified and experienced individual to coordinate and lead a comprehensive training program for agriculturist tractor drivers in Jalore, Ajmer, Sri Ganganagar, and Bikaner regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural machinery operations, maintenance, health, and safety protocols. The role involves organizing and executing training sessions, ensuring hands-on practice, and maintaining a focus on participants' well-being throughout the program.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning:

Develop a detailed training program curriculum covering tractor operations, maintenance, health, and safety practices.

Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure the program aligns with industry best practices.

Training Delivery:

Conduct engaging and informative training sessions for agriculturist tractor drivers.

Facilitate hands-on practical sessions to ensure participants gain real-world experience.

Evaluate participants' progress and adjust training methods accordingly.

Resource Management:

Manage training materials, resources, and equipment required for practical sessions.

Ensure the availability and functionality of training tractors and related tools.

Safety and Health:

Implement and enforce safety protocols during training sessions.

Provide guidance on health and wellness practices for tractor drivers.

Documentation:

Maintain accurate records of participant attendance, performance, and feedback.

Prepare reports on program effectiveness and areas for improvement.

Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with local agricultural organizations, government agencies, and community leaders to enhance program visibility and impact.

Establish partnerships for ongoing support and resource sharing.

Location Management:

Coordinate training sessions in multiple locations (Jalore, Ajmer, Sri Ganganagar, Bikaner) efficiently.

Ensure logistical arrangements are in place for each location.

Qualifications:

MSW, BSW, Agricultural Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in tractor operations, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Strong training and facilitation skills.

Familiarity with the agricultural landscape in Rajasthan.

Excellent organisational and project management abilities.

Knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
