Quali?cations, Skills, and Abilities:

• Postgraduate degree in education, management, social science, economics, or equivalent.

• Minimum of two years of relevant work experience.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

• Extremely detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Problem solver who can think on their feet

• Ability to assess priorities, initiate and follow-through on tasks

• Strong self-starter who will take charge and provide efficient support to the Manager

• Strong ethics and confidentiality to handle sensitive information.

Compensation and Tenure:

Remuneration for this contract role (likely for renewal based on project continuity and performance) will be in the range of 20K to 25K per month depending upon the candidate's qualifications and experience levels.
