MIS Officer

Location: Vizianagaram

Job Role :

• To help implement the organization’s communication, documentation and information strategies.


• Develop reports as per field activities.


• Develop the various Monitoring and Evaluation Tools at all levels to assess the performance of the project.


• Undertake periodical field visits to assess the systems and verify data Provide orientation training for MIS, Computerized MIS, Interpretation, analysis & Reporting for the project staff members

• Monitoring the core and performance indicators of the project

• Develop, Review and verification of weekly/monthly / quarterly field reports and develop a compiled organizational report based on those.

• Develop programmatic evaluation plan and conduct annual evaluation to assess organizational progress.

• Responsible for all project related and beyond project organizational documentation.

• Responsible for ensuring all research related activities

• Designing the formats and procedures for quality improvement activity

•Collect field level data and compile reports.

• Provide analysis of the indicators to support and enhance programming

He/she should report to Programme Manager/Director.

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in any NGO as MIS Officer

Remuneration: Rs25,000/- Per Month and/or Depend on experience and qualifications.
