Reports to Program Manager

Qualification: Course in computing with efficiency and 4 years of experience in health sector data management, analysis and MIS software. Efficiency in excel functions and other data analysis softwares

Salary as per standards in development sector.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Monitor and support maintenance of project data

• Collect, compile and analyze district level data

• Ensure accuracy and the completeness of required data fields in all databases

• Present analytical findings to internal and external partners

• Nikshay data entry training and support to field staff

• Prepare project related reports, presentations

• Ensure timely transmission of reports

• Maintenance and up keep of all computers and their accessories

• Any other job assigned as per project need

VI. Data Entry Officer:

(No. of positions – 6; Location: Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Solapur, Satara,

Kolhapur, Sangli, Ratnagiri/Sindhudurg))

Reports to Project Officer / Program Manager

Qualification: Any graduate with at least 2 year’s experience in health sector data management, analysis and MIS software. Efficiency in excel functions.

Roles and Responsibility:

• Ensure accuracy and the completeness of required data fields in all databases

• Collect, compile and analyse district level data

• Nikshay data entry training and support to field staff

• Prepare project related reports, presentations

• Ensure timely transmission of reports

• Any other job assigned by project lead as per project need

VII. Tele Counsellor:

(No. of positions – 6; Location: Pune, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Solapur, Satara, Kolhapur, Sangli, Ratnagiri/Sindhudurg))

Reports to Project Officer / Program Manager

Qualification: Any graduate with at least 2 years experience in patient counselling. Local candidates from respective districts will be given preference.

Salary as per stander in development sector.

• Making calls to Notified TB patients/ Presumptive patients as per the list provided by the office. (Two list will be provided) -

i.Line list of Notified TB Patients

ii. Line list of on Treatment TB Patient from 1st month to 6th month of the treatment.

• During the phone call to the TB patient the following is to be done-

i. Verification of the mobile number, Identity of the Tb Patient and notification done.

ii. Updating of two mobile numbers in hard copy/ Nikshay Portal/ Mobile Application. (Own number and other number of any Family Member/ Neighbors/ Stakeholder)

iii. Counselling of the TB patient on treatment regimen.

iv. Responding to any queries of the TB patients appropriately

v. Collection of account details of the patients for DBT or record non-willingness of patient for DBT

vi.Collection and ensuring entry of account details in NIKSHAY of all the providers

vii Checklist for fulfilling of components (DBT, DST, HIV, DM) & provide

support to the patient to get connected with FO’s/NM’s.

viii. Adherence Support and monitoring.

ix. Marking of “Manual doses” in the Nikshay Portal/ Mobile

Application.

x. Marking of “Follow-up” in the Nikshay Portal/ Mobile Application.

xi.Contact Tracing and update the data in Nikshay Portal/ Mobile Application.

xii. To know the status of “Outcome” of the TB Patient.

xiii.Promoting TB Aarogya Saathi App

• Providing feedback to DM’s/DC’s/FO’s and SFT’s on patient status.

• All Secretarial Functions, attending telephone calls, letter drafting and sending, Maintaining dispatch register and correspondence.

• Assistance in organizing various meetings/ Workshops. (Virtual and Real)

• Ensure the office is well maintained and adhere to the office discipline, ethics and hierarchy.

• Any task assigned by the supervisor.

Most of the data capturing is online on mobile application so candidates should possess android mobile phones that can run the NTEP Nikshay mobile application and they should be fluent in use of mobile application.
