Name of the Project- Maitri Project

Deepalaya MSEVPS in collaboration with Educate Girls US

District Enrollment Coordinator cum M&E

Location- Purnia, Bihar

Job Role:

• Develop the various Monitoring and Evaluation Tools at all levels to assess

the survey performance of the project.

• Well equipped with the various forms of assessment and data analysis tools of

MS Excel.

• Must have an enriched knowledge about the use of MS Excel to create report

insights.

• Undertake periodical field visits to assess verify data collected during the

survey.

• Monitoring the key performance indicators and timelines of the project.

• Develop, Review and verification of weekly/monthly / quarterly field reports

and develop a compiled project report based on those.

• Develop programmatic evaluation plan and conduct annual evaluation to assess

the overall project progress

• Responsible for ensuring all research related activities.

• Collect field level data and compile reports.

• Manage the PMS and enrolment process of OOSG (Out of School Girls) with

minimal or no errors.

• Will monitor project performance of Purnia District

• He/she should report to Director and Program Coordinator.

Criteria:

• Bachelors/Masters in respective field from a recognized university with at

least 1 year experiences in field surveys/field data assessments.

(FRESHERS WITH 0-6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE MAY ALSO APPROACH)

• Certification in MIS, data interpretation, MS Excel

• Availability of android phone with

Remuneration: Rs 22,000/- Per Month in addition with the travel allowances

set at an upper limit.
