Deepshikha Samiti has the vacancy for Targeted Intervention project(MSM) at TI Office.

Designation: Female Counselor-1

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Human development/Nursing with 3 years of experience in counseling/educating under National Health Programme

OR.

Post-graduate in Psychology/Social Work Sociology/ Anthropology/Human development/Nursing

If candidate is a person living with HI V/AIDS (PLHI V),

Graduate degree holder in Psychology/Social Work/Sociology/ Anthropology/Human development/Nursing with 1 years of experience in counseling/educating under National Health Programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

Familiarity with issues related to marginalized communities, in particular with HRG.

Strong communication and mobilization skills.

Ability to work in small teams and flexible working methods.

Proficiency in report writing, compilation of case studies.

At least 15 days in the field visit required

Overall management ability to supervise, report to, and guide the team in the absence of the Project Manager or any other tasks assigned by the team.
