We are inviting the CA and CS Firms for filing the ROC and Statutory Compliances of the Farmer Producer’s (Private Limited) Companies.

Required Experience: CA & CS Firm Should have minimum 2-3 Years of Relevant Experience on the mentioned Components:

1. Annual Audit

2. Company Incorporation

3. AOC-4 & MGT-7 (Annual Filing),

4. Increase Paid up capital,

5. Increase Subscribed Capital,

6. Registered Office Change,

7. Director Change,

8. DIN/DSC

9. INC-20A,

10. KYC of Director,

11. Appointment of Auditor

12. Resignation of Auditor

13. Striking Off

14. Other Compliances
