Support asset procurement and all related activities

•

Maintains appropriate procurement records

•

Fulfilment of IT purchasing processes

•

Adhere to company’s procurement policies and regulation

•

Identify and negotiate with vendors

•

Complete the vendor registration process as per the organisation’s policy

•

Assets Management

•

Monitor office stocks of office equipment’s & assets according to policy and conduct inventory count as required

•

Vendor Management and any contract related to them

•

Create centralized system for administration

•

Keep a check with program team for any program related procurement

•

Provide administrative and Clerical support to departments and individuals

•

Manage admin budget

•

Improve admin process and policies

•

Organize and supervise office management activities and facilitate the smooth running of the office and the business.
