Job Description

Project Location:

The project will be implemented in Belpada block of Balangir district in Odisha.


Key Job Responsibilities:-

1.Guiding and supervising the project associate activities in their respective block

2.Develop village level micro plan and facilitate in realizing the same

3.Preparing of project planning and budgeting along with all the staff members

4.Supporting community to process their problem and help to develop individual plan to succeed in problems.

5.Problem solving by engaging with commmunity and other staff member.

6.Preparation of monthly/ quarterly/annual planning with consultation of project manager

7.Building good working relationship with various service delivery structure statutory bodies and local authority

8.Help the PA in planning, implementing and monitoring of different community level initiatives.

9.Attending the meeting with other NGO and government.

10.Organising meeting with community and other relevant people.

11.To prepare all events records and documentation properly.


Qualification:

YCDA is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, go-getter, and quality-conscious professional who have a Post Graduate (MSW, MA Sociology, MBA, other relevant stream) with 2 to 3 years proven experience of social work and as coordinators.


Remuneration:-22,500/- Per Month along with other benefits.
