Background:

Jagruthi Rural Development Society (JRDS) is seeking competent and motivated individuals to fill the positions of Programme Coordinators. The ideal candidates will possess educational backgrounds in MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc, BSc, MSW, or BSW to coordinate and oversee the implementation of various developmental programs.

Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute development programs within rural and urban communities.

Coordinate with stakeholders, government bodies, and partner organizations to ensure program effectiveness.

Conduct assessments, surveys, and data analysis to identify community needs and devise appropriate interventions.

Develop and manage budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of resources for program implementation.

Train and supervise field staff, ensuring adherence to project goals and objectives.

Monitor and evaluate program progress, preparing reports and making recommendations for improvements.

Foster community engagement and participation in program activities.

Implement strategies to ensure sustainability and long-term impact of the programs.

Qualifications:

A degree in MBA, M.Tech, M.Sc, BSc, MSW, or BSW from a recognized institution.

Proven experience in program coordination, preferably in rural development or community-based initiatives.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.

Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

Passion for community development and social change.

Position: Computer Operator

Background:

Jagruthi Rural Development Society (JRDS) is recruiting individuals with backgrounds in B.Tech and B.Com for the role of Computer Operator. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support for various programs and initiatives aimed at rural development.

Responsibilities:

Input, manage, and maintain data related to program activities.

Prepare and generate reports, documents, and presentations using computer software.

Ensure proper functioning and maintenance of computer systems and peripheral equipment.

Provide technical assistance and support to staff on computer-related issues.

Assist in organizing and managing information for effective decision-making.

Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications:

A degree in B.Tech or B.Com from a recognized institution.

Proficiency in computer operations and software applications (MS Office, database management, etc.).

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Basic troubleshooting skills for computer-related issues.

Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively.
