Job Description

Job Description The position holder will facilitate and lead the overall coordination of the organization i.e. between the SMT and field implementation team and other domains. S/he will also be responsible for organizing the joint meeting with various stakeholders and team members. S/he will be responsible for the documentation and communication besides ensuring facilitation to the field team for the program implementation coordination. S/he will support the Implementation team for all MIS and timely data collection and submission & representation to the Board and SMT. The position holder must have NGO Management and Administration experience and exposure, and should be able to manage key documentations and ensuring compliances.

Job Responsibilities

­ System strengthening and innovations

­ Facilitate the private sector engagement in program implementation.

­ Facilitate the Capacity Building efforts

­ Facilitate the implementation of High Impact Interventions already budgeted in PIP (Project Implementation Plan)

­ Facilitate/Demonstrate the High Impact Interventions not budgeted in PIP

­ Facilitate the village and state Implementation team members

­ Help in developing tool kits, budgets and plans for the different section of the vulnerable community

­ Facilitate in implementation of the budgeted demand generation activities.

­ Facilitate the monitoring and supportive supervision

­ Assist Implementation Lead in the overall achievement of the program deliverables.

­ All the organization documentation and reporting.

­ Any other tasks assigned time to time by supervisor.

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

­ Post Graduate (MSW or Rural Development) with 2-3 years of relevant experience & Graduate with 4-5 years of relevant experiences with NGOs / Social Organizations..

­ Essential skills: • Eagerness to learn. • Leadership ability, including the capacity to set and manage accountability of self and others. • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing in English and Hindi and to make effective presentations to the communication team. • Computer related skills. • Ability and willingness to travel extensively in rural /urban areas.
