Job Description

The Tamil Nadu Coordinator coordinates and monitors all Programs to reach MACT objectives. He/she works on the operational field. He/she will be responsible for the Human Resource supervision. He/she shall participate with the Director in the choice of program strategies and initiate and lead fundraising and identification of new donors. 

Eligibility Criteria

Knowledge required

·      Ability to organize team work

·      Project management skills

·      Excellent verbal and written communication

·      Excellent English and Tamil spoken, written

·      Computer literate and proficiency in Pack Office

·      A personal interest in social issues in Tamil Nadu

Aptitude

Flexible approach to working hours and duties including some evenings and weekends as required

Qualification:

Masters in Social Work(MSW)
