Job Description

o Design/Contextualize Tools & Processes in alignment with the Project requirement.

o Design/Co-create OD/research Tools concerning State/Project need.

o Support to Central OD Team for co-creating central operational design & research framework.

o Design and facilitate training workshops/orientations.

o Collaborate & Facilitate for Ensuring Execution of Project

o Detail planning for the rollout of project and research framework.

o Work with various states SPOCs to ensure the seamless implementation of project.

o Orientation of state SPOCs on processes & research tools.

o Capacity building of internal & external team on processes.

o Manage Grievance & Updates

o Mange Monthly tracker & share other required updates/details with state or central team.

o Manage Escalated Grievances with support of central team.

o Regular participation in Central/State Governance calls/meetings.

o Manage Change, Coaching and Performance Management of 1 down.

o To create conducive environment for change initiatives of projects in the states.

o To understand and implement strategy for facilitating the change and enabling PL and state teams

for its adoption.

o To set appropriate goals for the PL and state teams and enable them to achieve the set goals.

o To review the performance of PL on a regular basis.

o To ensure proper documentation of various meetings, interventions, and initiative.
