Assist in the day to day functioning of the Ek Tara Learning Centre(Programme)

Ektara Learning Centre fee collection monitoring and analysis. Report to be generated at the end of every fee cycle.

Music and Art School and Ektara Learning Centre coordination.

Review and analyze activities, student allocation and prepare reports for the same on a monthly basis.

Organizing meetings between Music and Art School coordinator and Ektara Learning Centre teachers.

Report writing, coordination, minutes and documentation.

Timelines maintenance.

Daily responding to emails.

• Organization Name:Ek Tara Learning Centre
• About Organization:The Ek Tara Learning Center was launched in 2021 to house all of Ek Tara’s Education and Child Development programmes. When possible in accordance with COVID-19 restrictions, the Learning Center was operational in a staggered manner to accommodate 950 students to ensure that all children continued to have access to high quality learning resources. Since April 2022, this 18,000 square foot facility has been used full-time to run academic, co-curricular and parent engagement activities for close to 1500 children. The Center is spread across three floors and an open terrace. It has 22 large classrooms, an integrated Science and Math (STEM) lab, an art room, a music room, a library, a multipurpose hall, an indoor game room, and a sick room.
