Job Title: District Supervisor

Location: All District of Chhattisagarh

Responsibilities:

District Oversight: Manage and supervise operations within the assigned district, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of dedicated staff members, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure optimal performance.

Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Customer Relations: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders in the district, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

Reporting: Generate and submit regular reports on district performance to higher management.

Qualifications:

Education: Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Experience: Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Problem-Solving: Proven ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions.

Flexibility: Adaptability to a fast-paced and changing environment.

Other Requirements:

Prohibition Period: A one-month prohibition period will apply for successful candidates.

Salary: Starting at 12,000 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).
