Usha Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd invites application for the following posts:

1) Programme Officer (01 Post)

Location- Kolkata

Essential requirements: Post graduate degree in social sciences, health or development field (or equivalent). At least 3 to 5 years experience in implementing projects, ideally in HIV, sexual reproductive health, FSW, and other such marginalized populations at the district / State levels.. Strong understanding and commitment to the health and rights of the FSW population and the laws around the same. In-depth knowledge of sexual reproductive health and related issues. Experience working with multiple stakeholders in civil society, the private sector, and the government at different levels.. Ability to communicate effectively with government officials, decision-makers, the FSW community, their families, and allies. Excellent in writing and verbal communication skills. Fluent in English and Hindi and Bengali. The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge. The remuneration is consolidated Rs. 35200/- per month.

2) Office and Programme Associate

Location-Kolkata

Essential requirements: Graduate in any discipline. The candidate must have adequate computer knowledge, typing skills and must have skills regarding on Microsoft Office(Word, Excel and PowerPoint). At least two years working experience in back office support/data management among the marginalized communities. Strong commitment to teamwork, collaboration, consensus building and negotiation. Excellent in writing skills in English and Bengali and verbal communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi. The remuneration is negotiable.
