About Us: Parmarth Samaj Sevi Sansthan is Non-Governmental, Not for Profit –Civil Society organization, working for the weaker and deprived sections of the society. The organization has been working in the drought affected and water stressed Bundelkhand region of UP & MP since 1996 with an aim to bring qualitative improvement and changes in lives of the vulnerable people. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR & Admin-in-charge to join our team and help us manage our human resources and administrative functions effectively.

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR & Admin-in-charge to oversee and manage our HR and administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of HR activities, administrative processes, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.

• Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Facilitate employee training and development programs.

• Resolve employee issues and address grievances.

• Keep abreast of HR laws and regulations.

Administration:

• Oversee office management, including maintenance, supplies, and security.

• Handle travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Coordinate meetings, events, and office functions.

• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations.

• Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• At least 02 years of experience in HR and administrative roles

• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
