Role and Responsibility

• Timely communication with senior employees about children's education, providing updates about their development and challenges through reports to Jamghat.

• Supervise and guide Location Incharge cum Educators and assist them wherever needed.

• Participate in official activities, workshops, research and events of the organization.

• Documentation of all activities and events of the Sadak Program after collecting with Location incharge.

• Preparation and updation of weekly and monthly budget of Sadak program.

• Check all records and registers of all the location.

• Prepare and maintain other records and send it to Program Manager.

• Regular intervention with the community and mobilize children and their parents to motivate them to attend Sadak program.

• Assist parents of sick children in providing medical care.

• Organize theatre activities, fun learning activities and workshops for children.

• Ensure that the finances provided to the coordinator are used efficiently & for the purpose as directed by the senior staff.

• Ensure that there is no misuse/ inappropriate use of the fund.

• Maintain proper records of the cash received & the expenses incurred by coordinator and submit the records of every month after obtaining approval by the Program Manager.
