Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Assist in the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Collaborate with the project team to define project objectives and requirements.

Provide general administrative support to the project team.

Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, and reports.

Assist in the preparation of regular status reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Help coordinate and schedule project team meetings, providing meeting agendas, minutes, and action item tracking.

Assist with the distribution of tasks and responsibilities among team members.

Support the implementation of quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards.

Contribute to identifying opportunities for process improvement.

Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure efficient use of project resources.

Participate in procurement activities and vendor management.

Assist in tracking project expenditures against budgets.

Provide support in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts.


Qualifications:

Education:

• Masters in Public Health/Masters in Social Work (MSW)

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in the relevant field at the district/organization level

• Previous project coordination or administrative experience is a plus

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• An interest in project management and a desire to develop project management skills.
