Job Description

i.Support and supervise implementation of ACA project activities in the block. ii.Coordinate with PFI and district nodal officer on a regular basis. iii.Arrange for technical and resource support, including capacity building for Block NGOs, DPMC, BPMC, VHSNC and AFC. iv.Coordinate with the block officials; Health, ICDS and PHED departments, PRI structures at the community and block for smooth implementation of the project. v. With the use of IVRS, collect and collate information through the village health report cards and facility survey reports and share the same with appropriate stakeholders on a quarterly basis. vi.Provide mentoring to the VHSNC on community enquiry and preparation of village health report cards. vii.Document community level process and report on the same to the PFI on a regular basis. viii.Ensure submission of Monthly Progress Report (MPR) in the prescribed format on timely basis / the subsequent month to PFI. ix.Ensure submission of Finance Reports and Audited Sta
