Job Description

Posting:

Sourcing executive will be based in Badwani/Dhar/Jhabua/Betul districts in the state of Madhya Pradesh and will be developing sourcing network across the potential blocks and adjoining districts.

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibilities include and are not limited to –

Lead, develop & manage mobilization channels across the district/s.

Mobilize candidates for the allocated colleges as per planned target.

Work closely with govt. Agencies and other sourcing channels and

monitor their progress weekly.

Provide support in marketing and training needs of sourcing channel

partners

Develop strategic interventions to identify and strengthen channels

that require extra support to continue meeting mobilization targets

Maintaining databases of the target community

Liaison between Block and district level govt. Officials & other

partners

Prepare fortnightly/monthly reports and share with the reporting

manager and MIS

Knowledge and Technical Skills

In-depth understanding and passion for rural development

Understanding of Skill Development and Vocational Education

Excellent people skills, written and oral communication skills

Experience in assessing and developing relationships with stakeholders

like Government authorities\Community Based Organizations\NGOs

Organized and high sales orientation

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of work experience in the areas of Skill Development,

Micro-Finance, Rural Development, or allied sectors

Strong mobilization experience of rural youth (Male and female)

Knowledge of any Madhya Pradesh based tribal language would be given

preference.

Bachelor’s degree with relevant work experience.

Postgraduate in social work or rural development will be preferred

Compensation: best in the sector and negotiable basis candidate’s experience
