JD- Associate Trainer

Position: Associate Trainer

Qualification- Graduation/ MSW

Experience- 4 to 5 years as a trainer

1. Take End to end responsibility of training and reporting field data.

2. Should be well versed with the content and methodologies of training.

3. Should have the knowledge of Excel/ word/ Power point.

4. Good communication and Presentation Skill.

5. Good understanding of Gov. Portal and schemes.

6. Good Coordination Skills

7. Should be able to complete Pre and Post Training Activities within 5 days

of the completion of the training to ensure billing within 5 days of the

completion of training.

8. Knowledge on SOP of trainings to be implemented in class.

9. Ready to learn and acquire new knowledge.

10. Flexible to travel.

11. Able to create and maintain CRM
