Gramin Evam Nagar Vikas Parishad (GENVP) is a Civil Society Organisation working in Bihar State. The organization is one of the leading organizations has been working for the empowerment of deprived communities for almost four decades.

GENVP is looking for qualified and competent person for the post of District Coordinator, who have natural flair to integrate with our core values & collaborate & customize with the community needs.

Depend on the competencies and experience of candidates

Educational Qualification & experience: 

• S/he should be MSW/RD/Post graduate in Social Sciences with computer proficiency and capacity of documentation in English & Hindi. 

• S/he should have at least 3-4 years experiences in managing Gender, Health & Education related project activities and experience of working with government functionaries. 

• The District Coordinator will co-ordinate the delivery and long-term sustainability of this project on behalf of GENVP. 

• S/he will establish strong relationships with our donors, key stakeholders, networks, and potential collaborators at state/national level. 

• S/he will be responsible for technical project management as well as for budget management processes for reviewing and reporting. 

• The District Coordinator will be responsible and accountable to GENVP’s Project Monitoring Committee and shall report to the head Office of the Organization.
