She/He should be a 12TH with bio, Rural developement and management at district level programmes related to health, HIV?AIDS Programmes. Project Name Sampoorn surksha stretgies Project by MPSACS Bhopal.

Knowledge and Skills

1. Demonstrate Condom use and condom counselling on its uses.

2. Motivating the clients for regular general medical chekup, refferal of clients to ICTC/STI/ART etc.

3. The orientation of ORW on counselling technic and cordinate the outreach base brining BCC and psychosocial support activity.

4. develope the BCC materials.

5. Cordination between project unit, project authority head office.

6. liasion with various govt/ non govt sector.

7. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual project progress reports.

8. Undertake any other activities as may be neccessary to insure the timily completation of the planned activities.

9. Phychosocial support

10. Reporting feedback to the doctor regarding indivisual cases.

11. Organised health camp.

12. Support to Programme manager and field staff.
