To realise our vision, we develop and deploy Universal Ethics based curriculum interventions for young individuals in institutional and community settings.

We provide training to facilitators of our curriculum, conduct periodic research and surveys at schools and community settings. At present we have one vacant position for full-time Project associate in Delhi.

Requirement:

Between 1-2 years of working experience with research agencies, non-profit organisations, preferably in the social development sector.

Has experience in development of the research strategy, conducting primary and secondary research, you are also expected to develop various research products like Baseline & Endline forms, Monitoring and Evaluation tools, detailed research reports for the stakeholders, etc as per the requirement.

Support and lead in primary and secondary research for projects and programs and independently undertake meaningful research to support project implementation.

A good level of domain understanding and knowledge to be able to contribute more effectively.

Participating in events, seminars, etc. related to the field of work.

Support in project management aspects such as coordinating with partners, stakeholders, and assistance in activities to execute a project.

Ability to conduct regular training of stakeholders.

Efficient user of MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel, and Google documents.

Good written & oral communication skills (English and Hindi)

Must have willingness to work in a team with good interpersonal skills.

A self-motivated person & enthusiastic learner.

Has the ability to service clients and perform under deadline pressure.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream and preferably in Social Work, Management, Demography, or other relevant social science fields that includes research analysis.
