The Associate Program Director will play a critical role in programmatic leadership and development, including: • Contribute to the vision of the collaboration and ensuring ownership of it by all stakeholders • Support Program Coordinators to recruit, induct and supervise the Regional Program Consultants • Implement program priorities, provide the necessary operational processes and resources • Facilitate iterative design of strategic planning, budgeting, implementation,monitoring, evaluation, employee development and organizational learning • Integrate and leverage opportunities across the organization to deliver program effectiveness. • Support the Program Director to implement, monitor and evaluate strategic plans and systems • Manage oral and written interfaces with all stakeholders, i.e. urban local bodies, NGOs/CBOs, bank managers, District Collectors, government organizations, community groups, etc. • Write program reports, document processes, represent the organization in m
Any health science post graduate, with MHA/MPH, or post graduate diploma in health administration from reputed institute or allied postgraduate degree 2. Minimum 10 years’ work experience preferred, with at least 5 years’ experience leading a program, working with Urban Local Bodies, networking with NGOs, health planning and MIS 3. Domain knowledge of community group processes, maternal and child health and nutrition, sexual reproductive health, mental health issues, desirable 4. Oral and written command of English, Marathi and Hindi, in that priority
