•Will be responsible for the District’s revenue Targets.
•To strategise and building life skill centre and operate it at 60% capacity.
•Will be responsible for timely collection targets and make sure that collection lapse will come down below20 days.
•Should have 75% business retention with an average of 40% enhancement.
•Should limit regression to 5%.
•Realisation percentage should not be less than 97%.
•Should have a clear understanding of MOU and responsible for signing MOU.
•Should prepare monthly plan for the sales team.
•Should be responsible for review of weekly reports of Sales team.
•Should plan & assist Sales in demos.90% demands for demos to be fulfilled, within the Sales teams time frame. 100% demos to be done.
•Should do liasoning with schools correspondents & be the SPOC & Final contact in case of any conflicts.
• Support Sales in collection in critical situations.
•Should Guide/Supervise Asst. Manager (Academics).

Graduation - Graduate-Other
•Proven ability of handling a Lower level team of not less than 06 employees.
•Good Leadership, Interpersonal skills, Liasoning, negotiation skills, giving feedback assertively and problem solving abilities.
• Commercial Awareness.
• Strong PC literacy and proven ability to manage daily activities using various systems like MS Office (preferably MS-Excel).
