Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1) Should know ERP-9-Tally

2) Maintain records related to the Financial Matters

3) Preparation of financial reports and Audit reports

4) Submission of Financial reports (Bills & Vouchers) to the Auditor at the end 31st March

each year.

5) Preparation of BRS Reports

6) Preparation of Budgets and monthly cash flow statements

7) Book keeping, voucher writing and verification of Bills

8) Should prepare bill and vouchers within the time

9) Should have Assessing knowledge time to time

10) Maintenance of different inventory records required at every level and physical verification once in 3 months

11) Supporting to the Staff in maintenance of different books and records related to account

12) Income Tax Returns filing on behalf of the Organization

13) Deduction of PF every month

14) Submission of PAN - TAN & TDS quarterly (once in 3 months)

15) Submission of FCRA

16) Submission of FC-6 to the Ministry of Home Affairs every year

17) Should have the transparency in financial matters of the Organization

18) Should aware about the assets of the Organization

19) Should maintain Time Management and have time sense

20) Give support to the purchasing team

21) Should have the knowledge of identification of bills that they are genuine ones

22) Should have the knowledge of worth of the items

23) Should maintain sincerity and honesty in verification of bills

24) Should not share the financial matter of the Organization with other persons.

25) Should not have vast relationships with Payment Holders

26) Attending meetings and trainings etc.,

Educational Qualification & Work Experience: a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience as an accountant for reputed organization

Remuneration; The salary offered for the position is Rs 25000/Month

Travel will be provided

  • About Organization:Samagra Seva was established by a group of young persons hailing from the lowest socio-economic echelons of the society who had experienced the pangs of poverty, exploitations and atrocities in their childhood. The organization’s founding members Makeshwar, Rajesh, Kumud and Bhola Tanti come from poor families, and were themselves child labourers, working in a roadside ‘hotel’ when they were just 8-10 years old. Makeshwar served food to customers, and Rajesh worked as the masalchi (preparing spices). Two members from Parivar Sewa, a (Christian Children’s Fund (Child Fund India)) Child Fund India Partner, found them working there and helped them move out and enroll at Pariwar Sewa, Jamui to pursue education.
