Location:- Bharno Block of Gumla (Jharkhand)

Roles And Responsibilities:-

• Collection, consolidation of all necessary data, keeping MIS updated as well

as managing MIS.

• Sending timely reports to Block Mission Management Unit (BMMU).

• Preparing internal report for the meeting of cluster/village organization.

• He will have to cooperate with the cluster ob members and cluster manager in

running the cluster organization in a better way.

• Updating monthly reports of all organizations in MIS by 15th of every month.

• Entering the balance sheet of Sakhi Mandal, Gram Sangathan and Sankul

Sangathan in MIS.

• Updating profiles of all types of profiles like - Sakhi Mandal, Gram

Sangathan, Community Cadre, CRP etc. on MIS.

• To smoothly maintain the data related to work planning, target achievement,

training, production etc. of all types of livelihood related activities

going on at the cluster level, to store the related data in the computer.

• Preparing reports from time to time about the collected data and informing

the officials and managers of the complex.

• Visiting Sakhi Mandal and village organization from time to time and

collating the data received from there and updating it.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Criteria:

• For the post of Cluster MIS Assistant/Data Entry Operator, preference will

be given to Sakhi Mandal members or their family members. But he should not

be a defaulter of Sakhi Mandal or bank loan.

• His age should be 20 years or more

• He should have at least 12th pass and should be proficient in reading,

writing and communication.

• Must have successfully completed ADCA/DCA course from a recognized

institute.

• He should be proficient in computer operation. Be successful in working in

WORD/EXCEL and be proficient in working online.

• He should be ready for village visit and able to go to bank

• Willing to go within the state and outside the state for training and

exposure visits

• He should be loyal to his work and have a good image in the community.

Salary Range:-

-Basic Pay:-6500/-

-FTA:- 2000/- (100% traveling allowance will be payable if the group, block,

local bank, block management, district management unit is visited for at

least 15 days. Otherwise pro rata will be payable.)

-Communication allowance:-500/-

Total :- 9000/-

If the quality of work is found satisfactory then the executive member can increase the basic honorarium by 5-10 percent after 6 months of selection.

Time duration :- 1 Year (Extension on the basis of performance and project availability)
