Job Description

What we are looking -:

For a well-versed trainer in the Banking and Finance Service Industry who has Sound knowledge of the NSQF frameworks, SSCs, and Skill Ecosystem with a minimum of 2 years of training experience in the same setup.

Education -:

The Eligible Candidate should be a graduate with a minimum of 2 years of Training experience. Any other Diploma/Certificate/Degree course related to the Banking industry would be given priority.

Age -:

The Right candidate would be someone in the Age group of 25 to 40. Though there are no filters on the same.

Remuneration -:

The Average Remuneration for the position would be as par with the Industry standards and is Negotiable based on the experience and profile of the candidate.

Job Profile -:

You would be responsible for training on our course – Business Banking Associate (3 Months).

You will need to form batches along the cycle and will provide training to enrolled trainees.

You would also need to undertake mobilization activities, if need be to ensure the average batch strength of 30 trainees per batch. (We also have a dedicated mobilization Network).

Identifying suitable placement partners in the BFSI and coordinating with the placement teams for Networking.

Timely reporting and documentation of the information and coordination with the concerned departments.

Deliver employability skills/ Interpersonal skills-related training that empowers youth to take up employment.

Make detailed lesson plans for the concepts to be delivered in a format prescribed by the program

Deliver high-quality training that follows company methodology & matches the skills required by corporate clients

Apply experience and knowledge in conducting effective training in the domain skills as well as soft skills.

Deliver training using innovative methods including activity-based learning, role plays, experiential learning, etc. for development techniques and consistently evaluate the quality and impact of training

Evaluating and grading training assignments of trainees and conducting feedback

Categorizing the areas of improvement at an individual level or group level.

Create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment.

Increase student skills and ability to meet the needs of corporate placement

Ensure MIS entries, documentation, and submission of training reports of every batch.

Participate in the mobilization and Placement process of the students and ensure admissions and Placement for respective batches.

Counsel students regularly to ensure fewer dropouts & acceptance of placement opportunities.
