Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Design and implement engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of students

- Conduct classes and ensure active participation and learning among students.

- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment conducive to the educational needs of the students.

- Collaborate with programme coordinators to assess student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary.

- Foster a positive relationship with students, encouraging their holistic development and love for learning.

Requisite:

Graduates with a Bachelor's in Education (BEd) or relevant teaching certification.

Prior experience working with underserved communities or informal education settings preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Flexibility and willingness to work in remote areas, particularly in Vasant Vihar, Delhi.

Salary : 10k - 12k
