Job Type: Full-time


Soft Skills Training:

Design and conduct soft skills training sessions for participants in the Tractor Operations and Maintenance Training Program.

Focus on communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and other essential soft skills relevant to the program.


Coordinate and liaise to ensure the seamless execution of the training program at each location.

Collaborate with internal teams, external trainers, and program stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.

Resource Mobilization:

Identify and mobilize resources required for the successful implementation of the training program.

Develop and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders.

Fitter Mechanic Training:

Work closely with technical trainers to understand the specific needs of fitter mechanic training in the context of tractor operations and maintenance.

Support the development of training modules and materials tailored to the requirements of each location.

Monitoring and Evaluation:

Implement a robust monitoring and evaluation system to track the progress of participants in both soft skills and technical training.

Collect and analyze data to measure the impact of the training program at each location and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement.


Prepare regular reports on the status of the training program including participant attendance, achievements, challenges faced, and recommendations for improvement.

Present updates to stakeholders and management as required.

Quality Assurance:

Ensure the quality and relevance of training content and delivery methods.

Conduct regular feedback sessions with participants and trainers at each location to identify areas for improvement.

Community Engagement:

Engage with the local communities to create awareness about the program and garner support.

Foster positive relationships with community leaders, local authorities, and other relevant entities.


BSW, MSW, MA & BA, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in soft skills training and coordination of vocational training programs.

Knowledge of tractor operations and maintenance is an asset.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and dynamic environment.

Experience in CSR initiatives or community development programs is a plus.
