Job Description

CareerAware program runs at Municipal Schools Pan- Mumbai. It aims at guiding children from the 8th to the 12th standards in making relevant and achievable career plans.

Operations:
 Manage the Career Aware program in its entirety – ensure that the program is implemented successfully across all of Mumbai’s schools and junior colleges.
 Develop and maintain relationships with Principals, teachers and government functionaries.
 Assist the Program Manager in enabling a MoU with the Department of Education and the Government of Maharashtra to implement the program.
 Interact and work closely with trainers on a daily basis during the program
 Provide direct support to trainers.
 Evaluate the work of trainers and volunteers to ensure that programs are of appropriate quality and that resources are used effectively
 Monitoring program’s online portal usage by trainers by ensuring timely capture of data
 Ensure timely data collection, collation, analysis and reporting of all data. Prepare reports and conduct analysis post program completion.
 Providing tech support by liaising with Monitoring and Evaluation Manager / External vendor
 Analyzing database, identifying program gaps and addressing through training intervention or operational support

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience.

Graduate/ Post graduate with minimum 2 years of work experience. 

Social sector experience would be an added benefit
 Willing to work after office hours
 Flexible to travel PAN Mumbai
 Dynamic and full of vigor person
 Good communication skills and assertive personality
 Proficient in English and Hindi (Marathi optional)
 Computer literate and have proficient excel skills
 Possess good people skills and decision making skills
 Ability to manage a team of trainers
